My name is David Vlcek, and I began my home improvement journey more than twenty-five years ago.

After more than ten years in construction and remodeling, I took a different path and spent the next decade working as a home inspector. It was a valuable experience that broadened my knowledge and understanding of homes and construction.

When I eventually returned to remodeling, following changes in the real estate industry, I brought that experience with me—and with it, an even greater appreciation for the work I do today.

As a small, owner-operated company, I personally manage and perform the work throughout every project. That means you’ll always know who is in your home, you’ll communicate directly with the person responsible for the work, and questions or concerns can be addressed as they come up.

I believe that level of personal involvement leads to better quality, greater attention to detail, and a smoother remodeling experience. I treat every project and every home with the same care, respect, and pride in workmanship that I would expect in my own, with the goal of creating a space that will serve you well and bring you enjoyment for many years to come.
